The Lee’s Summit Recreation Center provides us with an excellent facility for the athletes, coaches and parents.   Other facilities in the area may be used if needed.

Competition Format & Rules

Official futsal FIFA Rules and Regulations as stated under the Laws of The Game will be enforced. You may print up a copy of the Laws of the Game by clicking here.


House Rules to the Laws of the Game

1. Goalkeeper may play the ball as a field player after it leaves the arc; he/she is restricted to the 4-second rule.
2. Goalkeeper may not throw the ball over the midline.
3. No scoring from kick-offs.
4. Goalkeeper cannot punt or drop-kick the ball.


Player Registration & Player Passes

Each youth player must be registered with Premier Futsal’s Super F League of Lee’s Summit.  Each team that signs up for the Super F League – Lee’s Summit will receive up to 16 player cards and a $10 fee applies to each extra player. The player passes will be checked prior to each game.  If you do not have your player cards prior to the match, then you will have to have them at halftime.  If you do not have your player cards by halftime, than the game will be forfeited.  If a player is ejected from a match the referee will hold onto the player pass, document red card on the back of the score sheet and present it to Premier Futsal’s Super F League of Lee’s Summit onsite administrator. The player will have his/her pass returned after a one game suspension.


Players/Sister Teams/Double Rostering

1) You must have at least 4 players to start a game. 

2) If you have a sister team in the league, you may borrow up to 3 players from that sister team each game. 

3) Players may be double rostered on teams that are in different age divisions.



The Playing Court

The size of the playing courts will be approximately 60' wide by 92' long. Official futsal goals will be utilized. All the courts are specially marked accordingly to the Laws of the Game.


Game Balls

The home team is responsible for providing the game ball.  U6-U12 will use a size 3, and U13-Adult will use a size 4.  Futsal balls may be purchased through the league or at our webstore.


Equipment

The wearing of shin pads will be mandatory for all players. A player will not be allowed to play without shin pads.


Length and Number of Matches

Each match will be 48 minutes (Two 24 minute halves). The referees will keep the official time on the field. Every team will play 8 games.


Time Outs

Each team will be allowed one 1-minute time out per half.


Home Team

The team listed first on the schedule is the home team. In the case of a jersey color conflict the home team must change jerseys.


Score Table - Team Representative

Each score table will be comprised of the following 2 individuals:
1) A volunteer from the home team.
2) A volunteer from the visiting team.


Age Divisions/Groups  

Boys & Girls U6-U19, Adult Coed.


Forfeited Games  

If a team fails to show for a scheduled match, the referee shall allow a 5 minute grace period. After the 5 minutes, if the team has not yet arrived or does not have enough players to field a team, the game will be forfeited. The game will be tallied as a 3 to 0 loss for the forfeiting team and a 3 to 0 win for their opponent.

If the referee terminates a match for reasons other than an act of God or field conditions, Premier Futsal’s  Super F League of Lee’s Summit Competition Committee will decide the result of the match after hearing the official reason from the referee, and both coaches.

Teams forfeiting any matches will NOT receive a refund on their registration fee.

Forfeited games are recorded as a 3 - 0 loss.

Ejections - Red Cards  

a) Player Ejections

If a player is ejected from a match, the player's pass together with a referee's report of the incident shall be turned over to the Super F League onsite administrator by the referee.

The minimum penalty for an ejection is that the player shall not be permitted to play in the immediate next match.

The maximum penalty, after review by the region Super F League Competition Committee, may result in the individual players or teams expulsion from the competition.

If a player is issued a red card during or after a match the player receiving the red card will NOT be permitted to play in his/her team’s next match.

b) Coach Ejections

If a coach is ejected from any match, a referee's report of the incident shall be turned over to Premier Futsal’s Super F League onsite administrator by the referee.

The minimum penalty for an ejection is that the coach shall not be permitted to coach or remain on the player's bench in the immediate next match.

The maximum penalty, after review by the Premier Futsal’s Super F League Competition Committee, may result in the individual coach or team’s expulsion from the League.
